Can't access bookdown

I was going through this week's worked example, and when I navigated to the lab exercise, I was met with this message:

An error has occurred

License Expired

Your Posit Connect license has expired. Please contact your Customer Success representative or email sa...@posit.co to obtain a current license.

Now I don't seem to be able to access any of the bookdown pages.

Update: Please disregard. I waited a few minutes, tried again and I now have access.
