Maybe you wish to edit your Google group description? And before you admit people into the group you ask them their backgrounds.

You can ask Susan ( s.ste...@sbcglobal.net ) to begin writing Google ads for you, after you edit your description.

If you do not yet also have a 500 character brief description for the description page, please write one.

Namitha, do you have suggestions? Please think of a Word doc for our conference call to help Jun and all entering GG leaders. One that spells out what the long and short descriptions are, where they are placed, and that we need  both of them for Google ads, for VM, for www.serve.gov, etc., to adaequately serve the new GGs.

Hello. I am out of Nigeria now, and am in Paris currently. I will be
traveling until the end of August, and wanted to know what I should do
with the discussion group.
So far, one person from Peru and I have been corresponding. I am not
sure how this works, to tell you the truth. Unless I cc members, they
can't see the discussion? I guess I need a very basic help. I'm
sorry. But maybe Namitha can help me?
