Last night Trine and I went to plan the elvelangs stand, and we are going to set it up in a beautiful willow tree right by DogA, the Jacob church and he fairy tale bridge.
 
I suggest that Nora Bækkelund, Trine, Mari, den som skulle møte opp fra handelskampanjen først (hvem var det?) and I meet at the Spire office at 1830 to get all the props down to the river. We will then be on the stand from 2000-2130. Then the bext group of people is presponible for being on the stand from 2130 to 2300 and taking the stand down and the material back to the office. Does this sound ok?
 
Regarding the stand:
We will put up our banner
Have a table with brosyres for information, but not be pushy, just if people want to come and talk to us
We will be showing a little screen with a shortfilm of Kisilu (a farmer from Kenya) in the tree (wow)
Nora and I will make living lights and by balloons and decorate them today
Who said they had electrical lights they could bring to hang in the tree?
We will buy ground torches and write spire with them on the hill on he other side of the path from the stand
Nora and Nora are baking cakes?
Does anyone have the oportunity to brew tea and bring it in steel thermoses? (I will buy papercups)
The Landran campaign is very welcome to make posters to hashtag the campaign! But remember that people may be cuite reluctant to do such a thing, so make an efford to make the message very clear and the posters cool, if we want people to ake pictures of themselves. I think that the backdrop of the stand will be amazing. Alternativly you can bring a sheet to hang in the tree as a backdop for fotoes.
 
Attached is just files with information about the elvelangs, flyers that you can hand out to friends, and the permission that Trine will be printing. Any questions? Don't hesiate to ask.
