How To Add Markup From The Map:
Login to landproDATA and launch the Map. From the Map look for Task Pane > Task List > Add Markup. The Add Markup tool allows you to create custom lines, points, and polygons on your map. Using the Privacy Setting option, you can create markups for all members of your company to view, or create markups visible only to you. Markups are saved on your map until you or your company administrator deletes them.
Create a new theme or select from previous ones via the Select Theme drop down. When you create a custom shape for your map you can also add a map Label.
Markup Private Settings:
Choose your Privacy Setting before proceeding with placing a custom shape on the Map. By choosing Visible Only to Me the shapes will only be seen by your username only. If you choose the option of Visible to My Company, anybody associated with your company plan will be able to access the custom theme you have placed on the Map.
Markup Themes: If you have already created a markup theme for your privacy setting, you will see them listed according to the geometry type (point, line, or polygon) and color. Alternatively, use New Theme and choose from Point, Line, or Polygon, then select a color for your new themed geometry.

Editing or Deleting Markups:
You can edit the data or geometry for an existing markup, or delete it altogether if you are the author or company administrator. First select your markup geometry on the map, then right-click and choose "Edit Data":
Searching Markups:
Once created, markups can be searched from the map or from the front-page Dashboard. On the map, use Search Layer Data > My [Company/Private] Markups and enter your search criteria:
From the Dashboard, simply type in any keywords in the label, theme, or description to find matching results and zoom to them on the map:
