Label Parcels:

The Label Parcels tool is available under Task Pane > Task List. It is greyed out until you select Parcels on your map, at which point it becomes enabled for use.

After selecting Parcels and clicking the Label Parcels tool, you can select a Parcel field to label the location or you have the option of writing in custom text. Once you have selected the Parcel field or written your custom text you can select the font size, text angle, and text align.
