Standard Level :
This user has access to the Dashboard but not the Map. On the Dashboard you can add items to your Watch List, send Private Messages to colleagues, view Data Reports, and conduct specialized searches. Those searches might include Subdivision research, Parcels, News, and more. With the Standard User you can gain access to the Parcels Map which is our customized version of Google Maps with included Parcels Data.
As a Standard User you will also have access to My Company Data where you can share important information with your colleagues such as your projects and documents. You are given 50 User Credits a month to use on reports and other features such as the Upgrade function which can be found at the top of the Dashboard, just look for the arrow button. By using the Upgrade function you can utilize your User Credits to change your account to Professional or Ultimate for 2 hours.
Professional Level:
The Professional User has more advanced features available than the Standard User. The Map is now unlocked at this tier, meaning you have access to all the tools and functions available as a Professional User. Some of these features include Plats & Surveys, more tools like Label Parcels, Measure, Plot PDF, and access to the Google Earth KMZ "Static Snapshot" function.
With the Map unlocked you also have the ability to manage what layers you want on your Map via Tool Preferences. Along with this upgraded level you are given 100 User Credits per month to use on reports and other features like the Upgrade function which you can use to Upgrade your account to Ultimate for 2 hours.
Ultimate Level:
Unlocking the Ultimate User level means you have unlocked everything landproDATA has to offer you as a User. Adding onto the tools you unlocked at the Professional level you now have access to other great tools like the ability to Export Data to Excel, the Highlighter Tool, Select Within, Bookmarks, the ability to Upload GIS Data directly to your Map, and further Technical Support to facilitate your needs on the Map.
One of the biggest features unlocked at the Ultimate User level is the ability to select up to 500 features in your Reports. This will give you greater ability to research and gather larger amounts of data with a single selection on the Map. At this level you are given 200 User Credits per month. The User Credits will be most valuable to the user who is creating multiple reports a month.
