How To Search Parcels Data

Did you know you can find all the properties that your competition acquired this year? Or, you can even try to find all the Parcels that changed ownership in a given time frame – including for sale by owner Parcels. Try this...

1. Login to landproDATA.

2. Upgrade your user level to Ultimate with your User Credits (**Unless you are already an Ultimate User, you can ignore this step). 

2. Next, find and click on the Map via the MAPS tab at the top of the page.

3. Via the Map, look to the right side of the page to find the tool labeled Search Parcels Data. Clicking on the drop down will reveal a list of items you can search for. Try clicking on Parcel Changes, then hit the Search button to get started.

4. A new window should have opened with a list of Search Fields. From here you can enter in a County, Parcel, Address and other information to narrow your results. Near the bottom we can also modify the Changed To field and the Date of Change in order to find more specific Parcel Changes. Try as many Search Field combinations as you want to yield new results and find the data you need.
