How to Upgrade Your Account:

You may find that some tools are not unlocked at your User level. At the Standard User level you won't have access to the Map. If you Upgrade to the Professional User level you can gain access to the Map and it's tools. For instance, you will need to Upgrade your account to the Ultimate User level to access some specialized tools in the Map like Bookmarks, Buffer, or the Highlighter tool. You have the option of temporarily Upgrading your account for 2 hours with User Credits. When you are ready to Upgrade, look for the Upgrade icon located on your Dashboard.

At the Ultimate User level you also unlock the ability to customize what Unmanaged Layers you want imported and launched into your Map via Tool Preferences. See below example.
