Public News:
The Public News tool can be accessed via the Task List on the Map or by clicking on the Flag Icon via the Dashboard. Note, accessing the Public News tool via the Task List on your Map will only allow you to post News that is public to every landproDATA User. Once you placed the marker on the map, you will be given the option of adding your Public News. Selecting it from the Dashboard, you will see the option of posting Private News as well.
You will have the ability to choose what type of News, add additional comments in the message box, and also the option of adding attachments such as pictures, documents, or PDFs.
Example: Suppose you want to publicly share some documents with colleagues. This is a great option that will allow you to publicly place documents directly on the map for others to view. See below for example.
