3.) Town of Raynham
The Town of Raynham has a 15-acre parcel available for lease located
on the Borden Colony property. This land is managed by the Town of
Raynham and is under APR restrictions and there is a deed associated
with the land as well. I have attached the RFP documents and the map
of the parcel. There are copies of the deed, detailing the APR
restrictions, and there is a Natural Resource Plan done by Melissa
Hayden from the NRCS available for review at the Raynham Town Hall.
