Heart Beets Farm is looking for part-time transplanting and hand weeding help. 

Heart Beets Farm produces up to 10 acres of mixed vegetables in Berkley, Ma across three separate properties. We market our products through our on-site farm stand, CSA, farmers markets and wholesale.

Part Time Help

We are slowly expanding our use of tractor transplanting and field cultivation. We are looking for someone to help with transplanting May-September. Come sit on the back of the tractor and plant away! Aside from transplanting there will also be hand weeding, less glorious but equally lovely. We are looking for 4-8 hours of help/week, spread across two afternoons. 

Requirements 

Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. 

Attention to detail.

Willingness to follow directions and learn a skill. 

Ability to work with groups and independently.

Ability to work in most weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Wet, Dry and every combination possible). 

No experience needed.

We are looking for another full time employee for 2020. This part-time position could build into something bigger for the right person.
