new universal cohort library updates

Hello LANDIS-II users,

We are in the process of updating all the LANDIS-II extensions with a new version of the universal cohort library.

When the extensions get updated on Mon 3/30, you will need to re-install all your extensions to get them all to synch up properly. If you update some extensions (but not others) after the release on Mon,  you will get run errors. Therefore, I suggest you re-install all of the LANDIS-II extensions that you are using on Tues. This will prevent any code conflicts between extensions.

I'll email you on Mon when all the new extensions are available.
