updates to the Universal Cohort libray

Hello LANDIS-II users, 

Thanks again for your patience with our recent upgrade to the Universal Cohort library. 

Although we know that it's an inconvenience to have to reinstall LANDIS-II with the new extensions, our LANDIS-II governing board made this decision to upgrade because a bug affected the removal of the biomass of some disturbances but not others.

Although the succession extensions are not affected, this means that you may see greater impacts from disturbances when you re-run with the new versions of the extensions.
