novice needs help to assess carbon content of standing trees of small forested lands in Massachusetts

Hi,

I am a new to LANDIS and don't have real facility with the tool, but I would love to run a simulation that would establish a baseline value for carbon stored in the standing trees of the average acre of forested land in Littleton, Massachusetts. Could anyone help with this, please?

My product will be used to value a carbon-credit for a hypothetical landowner of 8 forested acres in town. I will use this datum in a presentation to my classmates on Land Preservation, tools and techniques.
