Dear All:
Microsoft just released .NET Core 3.0: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/announcing-net-core-3-0/?ocid=AID747785&wt.mc_id=CFID0415
Unfortunately, the LANDIS-II Core is not compatible with 3.0. We will continue to use .NET Core 2.x until our next major upgrade.
