Hi Angela,

 

Well, I did this when I was young, hehe, 21 back in 1876. Or maybe 1976. I used a long piece of solid timber as a lever under the engine or sump somewhere and had another piece as the pivot point on the ground. I then stood on this, lifting the engine and replaced the mount. Not the workshop manual way but it worked. Fortunately on my current MKII I have not had to try this again.

 

I hope this helps. I was 65kg then and I was a bit light if I bent forward. You might need someone to stand on the timber whilst you do it or of course you stand on the timber, the skilled balancing job whilst another person does the messy work.
