Actress Margot Robbie has revealed that she was sorted into Gryffindor after she took the Pottermore quiz. Margot also admitted to rigging some of the answers in order to end up in her favorite house.
In an interview with Buzzfeed, it was revealed that Kelly-Marie Tran (who is best known for her appearance in Star Wars: The Last Jedi), was sorted into Ravenclaw after taking the quiz. She also admitted that she was hoping to be in Gryffindor as it is her favorite house.
Harry Potter house quiz will suggest one of the four classical elements: Fire (Gryffindor), Earth (Hufflepuff), Air (Ravenclaw), and Water (Slytherin). Each of these also represents one of the four states of matter: Plasma (Fire, Gryffindor), Gas (Air, Ravenclaw), Liquid (Water, Slytherin), and Solid (Earth, Hufflepuff).
Do you think you can win this Harry Potter quiz? If you read all of that in your head with a British accent, then you will!! So everybody, Wands up! Start this test and find out which house is the best match for you.
I think the real problem with this sort of quiz is that Hermione will end up in Ravenclaw, and Neville will end up in Hufflepuff. My assumption was always that the Hat chooses the house that the student actually wants to get into (subconsciously, at least), rather than the one that necessarily fits their personality best.
Being sorted at 11 indeed seems too early. How are we supposed to know ourselves? Would you like your 11-year-old self to determine your character through the result of school years? We doubt so. That's why taking this quiz for Harry Potter House later in life is the best course of action. Your personality is already formed, and you know who you are as an adult. Sorting to a fictional school in your 20's may seem a bit silly and immature, but Hogwarts houses show more than our fan love for the universe. A House is a deeply personal matter that uncovers some hidden parts of your character. You may be surprised by some options you choose and the final result.
You may be surprised, but for many people, it's two houses! Just as the Sorting Hat admits to having "stalls" with certain people, the reality is rarely as one-dimensional as the ceremony you have you believe. It is rare to possess just one of these qualities without expressing the others. Thus, if you take this quiz two or three times (with a little break and a clear mind), you may have two different results. And these will be your two Houses! You may be a Slitherclaw or a Gryffinpuff for all you know! Don't limit yourself to just one Hogwarts family!
Tom Felton has been sorted into Gryffindor while taking the Harry Potter House quiz yet again. Felton is an English actor and musician best known for starring as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series. Felton was just 13 years old when he began portraying one of the most prominent students in the house of Slytherin. Felton portrayed Draco for all eight films of the Harry Potter franchise, gaining fame as the arch enemy of Harry Potter. While the films concluded in 2011, Felton is open to returning as Malfoy in another Harry Potter film, should the opportunity to arise.
In celebration of the upcoming 20th anniversary of the first Harry Potter film, Felton shared a video to Instagram of him taking the Harry Potter House quiz. Felton, who is really just Malfoy in Muggle disguise, wanted to put all rumors to rest by donning the Sorting Hat. However, he was quite disappointed by the results as he was pronounced a Gryffindor by the Sorting Hat. Surprisingly, this is not his first failure at getting Slytherin, but his third. Last year he was hilariously sorted into the Hufflepuff house and five years he also got Gryffindor. Check out his posts below:
While Felton's failure to get into Slytherin is quite hilarious to watch, it also just goes to show that he is too nice a guy to mix with the cunning wizards of that house. Being sorted into Gryffindor or Hufflepuff is nothing to be disappointed in, as these houses are for those who demonstrate bravery, courage, determination, strong work ethic, patience, and loyalty. While Felton may be the cunning and ruinously ambitious Malfoy on screen, his video suggests off screen he is quite a bit more laidback and kind. Meanwhile, it was also nice to get this update from Felton after his collapse while golfing caused concern among many of his supporters. Harry Potter fans can rest assured Felton is on the mend, but he may need a bit of time to recover from this fresh heartbreak over his Hogwarts House quiz results.
Each possible answer in the form indicates to one of few categories I made. In the end, I would like to see out of which category each user chose the most answers (just like the four houses in Harry Potter or some Buzzfeed quiz).
