Bannisdale Horseshoe (Approximately 10 miles with 2200 feet of ascent)

 

Meet for coffee from 9.30 am at Morrison’s in Kendal (LA9 6DU) or the start the walk at 10.30am at the bridge at the end of the Dry Howe road. If you’re coming from Kendal, the turn off is about a mile after the Long Sleddale turn off.  (Mosergh Farm postcode is LA8 9JY, but don’t turn off to the farm carry on to the bridge at the end of the road.)  Parking could be difficult so please car share if you can.
