Glede Howe, High Wether Howe and Seat Robert. (Approximately 7 miles and 1000 feet of ascent)

Meet for coffee from 9.30am at Birchwood café on the main road in Shap village (CA10 3NJ) or at the  car park at Shap Abbey (GR 547 160) at 10.30am to start walk.

This is a relatively gentle walk mainly on tracks and paths except for short forays to pick up summits.
However, please be aware this walk is proposed by a multi WOW award winner so please treat with caution!!

Shap chippy afterwards if anyone is interested.
