Colin,
This is instead of Aug 19th.I thought it might be best to have a few prs of eyes when Lesser Emperor is still a possibility.To be honest I am becoming increasingly disollutioned with Brockholes and a Sunday in August would be intolerable.

I had 2 Common Blues (at least) on Sunday at Mere Sands Wood, which
surprised me. There were also Common Darters and Migrant Hawkers
flying.
On Saturday at Priory Meadow, in addition to Common Darters, a
Southern Hawker continued to visit.

You must have been really deprived in east Lancashire then! :-)

I had all three on the small South Pond at Priory Meadow on 28th August (and Common Hawker from Eskdale, Cumbria earlier in the month).

But I haven't seen Brown Hawker since 22nd September.
