Jonathon Crook submitted a record of a teneral female Red-veined Darter at Brockholes yesterday on iRecord. I haven't heard of any others yet so perhaps this is evidence of breeding. Pic attached.

It's a teneral male.

I've just received some photos which suggest a new site for breeding Small Red-eyed Damselflies. Not 100% certain as the pics are pretty poor - but certainly Small or Large Redeyes.

But if anyone can check it out it could be worthwhile - if the sun ever shines again!

It's ponds at Stonebridge Business Park in north Liverpool which is in Gilmoss/Fazakerley/Croxteth on the East Lancs Road at
SJ398963

Has anyone checked the Liverpool International Garden Festival Site or Towneley School this year?
