Hi All,

Could you please help with "How to automate third party(java,oracle..etc) software installation in unix using python"

can any one have sample code which will help us to code as per our requirement.

Hi,

Yes, installation happening manually ,,

first it has to check if the package is already installed or not,
if yes, If the package is already installed, it has to check the location for the latest pkgs available , it has to install . if no, it has to install latest pkgs.

I don't have a script handy but it's all about using subprocess module.
