Have you guys considered making a multiplexed assay targeting more than one region?

Dear Nano Trail,
Each primer set that we propose in the initial manuscript would allow detection of more than >95% of SARS-CoV2 strains. It would be beneficial to optimize the protocol with few primer sets, which would enable deployment of the optimal primers for a particular geographic region.
