Hi, I noticed the SHERLOCK assay incorporates RNA extraction (Kellner et al, Nature Protocols). Do you envision RNA extraction may be necessary to remove potential inhibitors of RT-LAMP? Thanks.

Hi Maya,

We are optimizing LAMP-Seq both on unpurified as well as one-step lysates of clinical samples. We will update the pre-print shortly.
