Hi, have you considered building a multiplexed assay targeting more than one region?

That's a great idea - we are considering either targeting multiple regions of the viral genome to increase sensitivity, or targeting multiple viral genomes for differential diagnostics. In both cases, separate PCRs will have to be performed before sequencing after pooling the LAMP reactions. Best, Jonathan
