Core Skills:
- Test Automation: Selenium, test automation frameworks, UI automation, functional testing, automation strategy
- Programming: Java, Kotlin, SQL, scripting, test development
- Frameworks & Tools: JUnit, Cucumber, Maven, BDD (Behavior Driven Development), TDD, Dev Test
- API Testing: API automation, REST APIs, Rest Assured, API validation
- Testing Concepts: Functional testing, performance testing, database testing, security testing, accessibility testing
- Agile & DevOps: Agile-XP, CI/CD exposure, automation in pipelines
- Systems & Tools: Unix/Linux, test environments, debugging
- Additional Tools (Nice to Have): Squish Automation
- Domain: Retail domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium (Java/Kotlin).
- Execute functional, UI, and API automation testing.
- Build and maintain BDD/TDD-based automation suites.
- Implement API automation using Rest Assured.
- Ensure test coverage across performance, security, and database layers.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug issues and support test environment setup (Unix/Linux).
- Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments.
