Lamernews Staging Site / Development Site

Do you have any thoughts on setting up a staging server and or development server for lamernews.com?

I'm tinkering on a few things and it would be nice to have a stable dev.lamernews.com or staging.lamernews.com that I could test on without having to maintain my own public server.
