LANA Neighbor Needs Advice

 My husband and I are looking for someone who does older home restoration to give us an honest opinion about what we should do to cool off the upstairs in hour 2 story home on Westmoreland. I'm not sure if we should start with new windows or installing attic fans or something else. I'd like to avoid replacing the central unit, but will if needed. We've gotten quotes on windows and attic fans but I'd rather have another professionals unbiased opinion. (from someone that's not trying to sell me their product if ya know what I mean) Please forward this message to anyone that you think might be able to help us solve this problem that I'm sure plagues other older homes in the area.
