The LANA Board will be meeting early next week and we need your input! 

 

If you have not already answered and returned the email below, please hit reply now and fill in the answers.  Your input is very important to the LANA Board and the more responses we have the better.  You can make a difference, but we need to hear from you!

 

ATTENTION:  GENERAL MEMBERSHIP OF LANA

             

We are beginning the 2012 year and have seen many changes in our community, our neighborhood over the past year.  The University of Memphis coming to the Lambuth campus has brought excitement and change and from every indication, they plan to be very active in the community.  Everyone needs to join in to make LANA the best neighborhood association  ever in 2012.

 

Please take a few minutes to read through this email and hit reply and answer the questions below.  Your input is needed and appreciated!

 

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE GOING ON IN LANA?

 

 

Meetings:  Meet every month, alternate the business meetings with social meetings, meet every other month?  Time?  To early?  Do you attend general meetings?  If no, please tell us why.

 

 

 

 

Communication: We have a web site and a great email which covers meetings and notices.  Is this enough?  Are we reaching everyone?  Newsletter? Etc.

 

 

 

 

Events:  LANA has one fund raising event and that is the Holiday Home Tour.  All other events are free to the public.  What  would you like to  keep or add?   Flag Day, etc.

 

 

 

 

Projects:  What do you see that LANA can do for the enhancement of the neighborhood and the quality of life of all the homeowners.

 

 

IDEAS:  Let LANA hear them

 

 

 

VOLUNTEER:  Don’t like to attend meetings but have some time to give? What is your area of interest?  LANA needs you.  We have small jobs that only take 30 minutes a month, can be done from home, etc.  It takes everyone to make our organization stronger – everyone has a talent that LANA can benefit from!  What can you give?

 

 

 

Election of new officers and board members will be coming up soon.  Know someone who would be like to serve on the board?  List their name below and we will contact them.
