How do I delete a families, child, user, services or rooms?

QUESTION:

How do you delete a family? We have entered a child twice and have
two families for the same child. Can I get rid of one of them?

ANSWER:

In lamblist we keep all records. You can keep the record from being
shown by simply deactivating the record.

To Show or Hide records that are "Deactivated":
* Go to Setup | Preferences
* Under General Options, check/uncheck "Show Deleted or Inactive
Records"
* Click save at the bottom of the screen

To Hide Families:
* Find the family you want to deactivate
* Click on the family name
* Click "edit info"
* Find the Status field and select "D"

To Hide Children:
* Find the family of the child you want to deactivate
* Click on the family name
* Click on the child's name
* Click "edit info"
* Find the Status field and select "Deactivate"

To Hide Users:
* Go to Setup | Users
* Click the edit link of the user you want to deactivate
* Find the Status field and select "Inactive"
* Click save at the bottom of the screen

To Hide Rooms:
* Go to Setup | Rooms
* Click the edit link of the room you want to deactivate
* Find the Status field and select "Deactivated"
* Click save at the bottom of the screen

To Hide Services:
* Go to Setup | Services
* Click the edit link of the service you want to deactivate
* Find the Status field and select "Invisible"
* Click save at the bottom of the screen
