Slow Response Checking Kids In

We strive to keep our server response times less than 3 seconds for
the end user experience. If you are experiencing slow checkin times,
let us know the time you experienced this and the child you were
checking in, we can tell you exactly how long it took our servers to
complete your checkin request.

Potential slowdown problems on PC's:

- Anti-virus scanners running during checking. Make sure you schedule
them on times other than during checkin
- Low memory can really drag down a PC, especially with newer
software. It todays world with todays software on most PC's, you need
at least 1 gig of RAM
- Slow internet connections can also cause traffic jams. Go to:
