How do I add and change the Grade names?
I have grades 1-5 already in the system. But I need to add
Kindergarten (K), Yellow, Green, Blue, Toddler, and Nursery rooms
(Instead of -1 or 0).

The Colored, Todder and Nursery rooms are:
Yellow (born after 8/1/04 - born before 7/31/05)
Green (born after 8/1/05 - born before 7/31/06)
Blue (born after 8/106 - born before 7/31/07)
Toddler (born after 8/1/07 - born before 7/31/08)
Nursery (born after 8/1/08 - born before 7/31/10

When I add a child into the sytem who's birthday is 10/19/06... it
shows up on Lambslist at Grade -1 and I need it to say Blue.

Is this possible?

Debbie,

Thank you for contacting Microframe concerning the names associated with
various grade and age levels. Unfortunately, the grades available are
not able to be edited, however, if I understand what you are wanting to
accomplish, it sounds like you may need to set up various rooms with
differing age ranges. When creating these rooms you would be able to
name them according to your preferences. If you would like some
assistance please let us know.
