Did you know that 1.4 million New Yorkers live in homes without enough food to eat?

Help The Lamb's Launch The Lamb’s Emergency Food Program, slated for August 21st, by donating your canned and boxed food. The Greeter/Usher Board Meeting is rescheduled for Sunday, June 6th after service

There will be a Pastoral Staff Meeting on Sunday June 6th as well.

There will be a Leader's Meeting on Saturday June 26th. All leaders and volunteers are expected to attend.

Saturday June 19, 2010 @ 3pm - Walking tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art: "The Bible through Art: Examining artistic depictions of biblical texts"

 - This one of a kind event will be held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art where we will tour the Met's galleries and explore how artists depict biblical texts. Gratuitous admission to the Met will be provided!

Saturday July 10, 2010 @ 3pm - “Blueprinting Faith: Examining the relationship between architecture and faith” Talk followed by walking tour of the Lower East Side.

- The  Lamb's own architectural super-team, Plini and Roxanne, inform us on how faith relates with architecture and then take us on a walking tour of the churches of the Lower East Side.

Saturday August 7, 2010 @ 3pm – “Queens of the Kingdom: Understanding the roles of women in the Bible and the church” – Panel and discussion. Refreshments will be served.

- Panelists Pastor Jeannette Salguero, Raquel Casillas, Elizabeth Fernandez & Alicia Wu take us on a journey as we examine the image of women in the bible and Christendom.
