I'm assuming that's the healing guy. The part on PP says go to the
hospital or buy cola, etc. I had 0 PP and I went to the hospital, got
healed, but there was no improvement to my PP. Figured perhaps
withdrawl treatment was the correct one, so I tried that, but it told
me I didn't need the treatment?

Ehm ... this might be a bug in the hint system. If I remember
correctly, I decided that PP does not get filled in hospitals, but I
forgot to change the hints accordingly. Sorry (again).
