Maven Compilation error

[Check Nyah]

I have having this error when running mvn clean install for ch.lambaj. Here is my POM File.

Error:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.5.1:compile (default-compile) on project dataimporttool-api: Compilation failure: Compilation failure:
[ERROR] /home/localhost/Documents/Code/OpenMRS/openmrs-module-dataimporttool/api/src/main/java/org/openmrs/module/dataimporttool/TranslationManager.java:[3,24] error: package ch.lambdaj does not exist


I referenced it in the file as:
import static ch.lambdaj.Lambda.*;
