Our revisions to the paper are due on Saturday; I made pretty really minor changes based on the reviewers' responses. Comments/proofreading welcome.
Diff (there's one other where I updated the test #'s):
- made some minor changes to (sub)section structure
- changed the CPS prose (sec 4) to make it clear that we're going to have a failed first effort up front
- didn't claim that desugaring generators to Python is impossible
- added an additional paragraph about locals
- changed test #'s to reflect what we pass now
- did space hacks to make code exampes line up and not split across pages
New paper, since you probably can't build it (I haven't yet figured out why it seems to *really* need Racket 5.3.3.8 and nothing else):

I'm submitting a zip of those two PDF documents. Note that this *isn't* necessarily the camera-ready, it's just the revision responses. We get our "final decision" on July 29, but the original responses said the paper could be accepted as-is.
