Sunday. I think I'm happy with what we have. Does anyone object to
just leaving things in their happy current state?

We have decided to extend the artifact submission deadline to Sunday
June 9, 23:59 Samoa time. The reasons for this extension are
two-fold. First, we received a number of requests for extensions.
Second, we had a number of technical problems with the submission
mechanism which has delayed the reviewing process. We think that the
newness of the AEC process is a mitigating factor for both of these
(for both the late authors and the issues with the submission site).
We therefore believe that it is in the best interest of the OOPSLA AEC
to extend the deadline. Of course, out of fairness, the extension
applies to all authors, including those who have already submitted.


Even if you already submitted your artifact, please do log into the
submission system again and check and completely fill in the fields
you find there (some of them might not have been shown when you
initially submitted the artifact). The information you provide in
those fields is essential for the AEC members in deciding which
artifacts to bid for (we cannot ask the AEC members to download each
of the many multi-GB artifacts just to decide which ones they would
prefer to evaluate).


Also, if you updated the archive containing your artifact, you need to
tell us in the Remarks section of the submission form, so we can
download the new version of your artifact. We will only download a new
version of your artifact if you ask us to do so in the Remarks.


To make (or update) a submission, please do so by Sunday June 9, 23:59
Samoa time. That deadline will be final.

check boxes to the form, or something).
