LAMBA Friends! Care about local mt. biking experiences in and around Linn County? Consider nominating yourself or someone (they must accept) for a position as a LAMBA board member, officer, or executive committee member (non voting advisory role). Our board can be up to 15 individuals, including the officer positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Being involved at the board level, especially as an officer, requires resources... time, energy, money, etc. in turn requiring your skills, commitment, and accountability. As our past president Noel mentioned recently, "We promise you you’ll not go it alone. Can it be challenging? Yes. Is it rewarding? Also yes. Will those of us that have been here for a decade be there to support you? Most definitely." It goes without saying that you need to be a member of the organization in order to participate in this manner.
