pallet system/multiple job login

Does anyone have an instance where 1or 2 users sign in on SFM to multiple jobs in a single day?   To use SFM and get real time data, our users have to login to 20+ jobs every day in serial or parallel.  it is quite cumbersome.    it is a palletized machining center so the jobs are always the same.  they would only need to log completed parts at the end of the day.

i have not found documentation to help me in the 'new' aptean site.   Any best practices or ideas would be appreciated.

IT's been a while,  but I rememebr just  creating excel files using ODBC  to populate fields on startup.

IF they dont need to post something then its ok to view real time data ( hit  F9 I believe   to refresh data).

I created  multiple  spreadsheets to view, Inventory/Onhand,Commited, , Daily labor, REceived parts/isnpection , etc.  HElped cut down on licenses when I've got people just viewing data and not entering anything in.
