Cycle Count Adjustments

Does anyone have a good solution for notifying them of cycle count adjustments? I want to be able to quickly review what has been adjusted in any given time frame without opening each cycle count report. 

We do have PowerBI, so if there is a table we could query, that would work too.

You can query the intran table but the tag number is not stored as a separate value.  It's needs to be extracted from a text sting.  This can be a PIA as the tag number is not stored as a fixed character field;  tag 1, tag 10, tag 100.  Not tag 001, tag 010, tag 100.  Filter intran by the transaction type.
