The existing M2M Indented Costed Bill of Material report lists the cost of labor and material for ALL parts but does not indicate the number of hours for each work center (which makes up the labor $). When we bid new business we estimate the labor hours for all our work centers involved in the product (also required to substantiate the $ we are charging). Therefore we need to see the hours by work center. It would answer the ‘what if’ scenario – if I was to build another 9999-01 part, what should I expect the total requirement from mechanical assembly, electrical assembly etc. (each a unique work center which would appear on a routing). Our BOMS are up to 8 levels deep with many, many parts assembled in our own plant.
Thanks for any insight.

Gloria,
Are you looking for
A. A work center listing at the end of the indented BOM report that would sum the requirements for each work center for all Make components or ,
B. One that has a separate work center listing for each make item in the indented BOM?
