We are in the process of getting ready to transition from 6.01 to 7.5.

We've run into a couple of snags one of which was finally resolved:

1.  We weren't able to add line item to sales orders (multi-line sales orders).  We have multi-line, multi-release SOs.  This had been resolved, but took 3 months.

2.  Bar code isn't working.  We're getting windings.  They haven't figured what's causing this yet.

Has anyone experience the ad or other problems that we should be aware of?

What version of 7.5 are you on? We have issue with multi lines SO on 7.5 SP7.

For the bar codes - we have to install a new bar code font on each computer that prints anything with a bar codes on it, in order for it to print correctly.

It took 3 months, but they did finally fix the SO issue.  We tried what you mentioned for the bar codes already and it's still not working. 
I've asked for them to push out the maintenance when it comes due in July due to the inability to resolve cases that have us stuck in the mire.  Hopefully they will be cooperative and willing to negotiate!
