Has anyone ever worked on tracking the admin side of things? We are looking to set up a system to track how long it’s taking Quotes to turn in to Sales Orders, and Sales Orders to turn into Job Orders. We also care about the steps in between (i.e. Sales Order going from Awaiting Approval to Open). To my knowledge, the Status change time stamp field writes over the date every time the status changes so the history isn’t intact.
We are looking for thoughts/ideas from anyone who may have tried this before.
Thanks

Hi David.
Briefly, Quotes and SO’s have ‘Created Date’ fields that have time stamps that you might use in a report/query.
I didn’t see an actual date/time stamp on JO’s but surely there is one there somewhere.
Hope that helps,
Raj
