Do you remember the book, or perhaps the movie, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? I remember loving the idea of a traveling pair of pants that somehow fit perfectly on a group of friends, having been lovingly worn by each of them. That book served as inspiration for an exciting new collaboration between myself and three of my creative sisters: The Sisterhood of the Traveling Journal.
Each of us now holds a treasured piece of diverse artistic expression, created by friends who contributed their personal touches and talent. We learned that this project not only celebrates the art of journaling but also strengthens the bonds of sisterhood.
During this pandemic, I have been stockpiling supplies such as toilet paper, Purell and, yes, even leggings. I started searching around for a new source and came across the name LuLaRoe. As I was dragged down the rabbit hole of internet searches, I soon discovered some nefarious details involving a charismatic leader, a dedicated sisterhood, traveling, Corona, things going viral and, of course, the ubiquitous leggings.
In January 2019, CEO Mark and President DeAnne Stidham settled a lawsuit brought by the attorney general of Washington state for its pyramid scheme, paying out $4.75 million. All in all, there have been 50 lawsuits since 2016.
The sisterhood of the traveling pants is by Ann Brashares. It's made into a move, and I would have to say that the book is better then the movie.
Ann Brashares wrote four books to the sister hood. The Second Summer, the Third, and the Fourth Summer.
The theme is that four girls find a pair of pants that fit each of them perfectly. And they have to spend one summer apart. They have to send the pants to each other so they all could have the pants equally. And when ever they wear the pants they have to write about a time that they had while wearing the pants.
Brighet is one the main characters. But she is the character I like best. She will put a smile on your face when your sad, she is so athletic she can run a long time and a while, she is very skinny, at the begging of the book she has a lot of food in here room hidden every were, but she never really gains all of the whate .
The purpose I'm writing this is so that people could have the same fun, friendship, drama, romance that I read about.
