Lakeside Freethinkers Meeting Notice October 16, 2025

[Lakeside Freethinkers]

Hello Freethinkers!

The days are flying by and before long, it will be time for our monthly meeting.

Have you marked your calendars yet for 4pm. on Thursday, October 16th?

We'll be meeting on Zoom one last time this year.

As International Freethought Day will be celebrated this year on October 12th, that will be the theme for this meeting.  In case you are not aware, this special day is when freethinkers and secularists commemorate the anniversary of the end of the Salem Witch Trials....when "spectral evidence" was finally rejected by the courts.

So far there are 4 group members who have chosen a favorite "freethought advocate" to talk about...and there is still ample time for more of you to participate.    There is no minimum time limit for a presentation, so please let Lloyd or me know if you'd like to  chime-in.
