I trust you all had an enjoyable weekend, especially those here in Lakeside
with all the special events surrounding the Day of the Dead commemorations.
 
As November is a transitional month for the seasonal members among us, it's
still uncertain whether there will be enough people in town to hold an
in-person meeting at Yves restaurant....or if we should meet again on Zoom
this month.
 
Can you please let Lloyd or me know "your status" in this regard? If we
do meet in-person at the restaurant, if someone can bring a laptop, absent
members would still be able to participate from afar. Chad has kindly
given us instructions how to do that!
 
Our discussion topic will be: "The 'global revolution' resulting in a
move from theism to non-theism (labeled “Nones”: atheists, humanists,
freethinkers, agnostics, etc.) in the preceding decade from 2010-2020.
Our conversation might include other aspects of 'revolution' as well.

I will be on Thanksgiving holiday with my family in Oaxaca. However I can try to arrange my calendar on that day to be able to participate by zoom.

Hola, my nephew Shane will be visiting from Baltimore & taking him to Yves is on our agenda so we would attend if there are enough participants. He’s the speaker / debater / lawyer of the family and always has something to say on any subject; he was also a contestant on Jeopardy! We might not do the Zoom meeting, I want to take him to so many places while he’s here. Let me know.

Your nephew sounds like an interesting fellow, Cathy! I hope that there are enough members here to hold our meeting in person so that we can meet him.
