This Thursday is our final concessions volunteering for the team.  If I can get a couple of parents or students (total of 2-3 volunteers) from 6:30 until about 8:30 or 9:00 that would be great!  Please let me know.

Thank you Lake Monsters for volunteering to work concessions at a Pacer event next week!  

 

The binder with detailed opening and closing instructions is in the cabinet.  Please read it and use it.  It is there to make things easier for you and to be sure nothing is overlooked.  As a reminder and follow up from previous emails, a few things to note: 

Boys Lacrosse Game vs. West Linn

Thursday, May 2

Your log in code for the Square is 2402

• Minimum of 3-4 Volunteers
• Arrive at 6:30 pm, to begin opening procedures
• Varsity starts at 7:15 pm
• We will not be open for the JV game.
• Cash box will be in concessions
• A school administrator will be there to open the stand at 6:30

 

Please remember school administrators, coaches and refs receive free food and beverages.  And, they can skip the line.
