Crews are working to maintain the job site and complete work where possible while wet and blustery weather continues. As we head into the holidays, utility and street work will continue but expect work to stop Dec. 25-26 and Jan. 1 for Christmas and the New Year holidays.

What to Expect During Construction
- Typical weekday working hours of 7 AM – 5 PM
- Lane shifts, closures, temporary detours, and short delays in active work zones. Flaggers will direct traffic as needed.
- Steel plates on roadway which can be slippery. Please be alert when traveling through the project area.
- Barrier-separated paths for people walking, biking, and rolling through the construction area
- Parking restrictions near the project area for material and equipment storage
- Noise, dust, and vibrations during active construction
- Potential impacts to bus stops. Please visit King County Metro’s Service Advisories page for current route and stop information.
Roosevelt Way NE and 10th Ave NE Closures
Closures continue at the intersection of Roosevelt Way NE/NE 125th St and 10th Ave NE. See map below for detour routes and please be alert for signage and flaggers when traveling through the area.

The City of Shoreline is building improvements for the SR 523 (N/NE 145th Street) and Interstate 5 (I-5) interchange including NE 145th Street between 5th Avenue NE and the on- and off-ramps on the west side of I-5. Visit their website for construction updates.
