Upcoming Y-Knot Sailing Programs: Y-KNOT VOLUNTEER TRAINING DAY (JUNE 7) Join us June 7, 2026, for an introduction to all things Y-Knot sailing! No sailing experience is necessary! Come join us for a variety of training stations to learn how you can help out dockside or out on the water. Light refreshments will be served at 12 PM. Please bring a water bottle and bring layers - this event will happen rain or shine! 2026 Adaptive Sailing Sundays - Registration Now Open! July 5, 12, 19, & 26 August 2, 9, 16, & 23 Sailors and volunteers must sign up through the link above! Volunteers - please be sure to consent to the background check when signing up per CDYMCA policy Y-Knot Sailing is free of charge to our sailors and runs through the support of donors and volunteers!
