We're still looking for charter boats for two away teams. If you have any
boats that are on the fence about chartering, I'd be happy to connect with
them directly and see if we could sort things out.



Also, 32 boats are now registered. We have a cap of 40 boats, so if anyone
is thinking of coming to Nationals this year, now is the time to register!

The charter cost and agreement is up to the boat owner. I'm just going to
refer charter seekers to boat owners so they can sort out what works well
between them and any details.



I've heard that typical charter costs range from $250 - $1000/day depending
on the quality of the boat. The person who's looking for a boat right now
would be looking for the lower end -- a club racer.



This is Nationals so boats will need to present a valid certificate at
check-in or by email.

Please put the word out that we are looking for boats that could be
chartered by away teams at the 2021 Nationals at MBBC in Vermont.



When we get a charter request, I will send them the current list of
available boats so you can connect directly for the details on cost,
transportation, insurance, etc.



All of the local measured boats are already signed up to race the regatta,
so we don't have any local options at this point.



Nationals is currently half full with 20 boats registered (capped at 40).
It would be awesome to have you and other Lake George boats come up to
Vermont for three days of racing on Lake Champlain!
